How One Customer Solved Years of Battery Problems with Amosolar’s 12V 100Ah Sodium-Ion Battery
Release time: 2026-07-02
The Challenge: Frequent Battery Failures Were Affecting Daily Operations
One of our customers, who operates a remote solar-powered farm, relied on an off-grid solar system to run water pumps, security cameras, lighting, and communication equipment. Although the solar panels generated enough electricity during the day, the aging lead-acid batteries had become the weakest part of the system.
After several years of use, the batteries no longer stored enough energy for nighttime operation. On cloudy days, voltage dropped quickly, causing pumps to stop unexpectedly and interrupting irrigation. Regular maintenance and battery replacements also increased operating costs and required long trips to the installation site.
The customer needed a battery that could deliver longer service life, stable performance, and lower maintenance—not just another replacement.
Finding the Right Solution
After reviewing the customer’s power consumption, inverter specifications, and installation environment, our technical team recommended the Amosolar 12V 100Ah Sodium-Ion Battery.
With over 5,000 charge cycles, 1.2 kWh of usable energy, and reliable operation from -20°C to 60°C, it offered a practical upgrade for the existing система хранения солнечной энергии without requiring major system modifications.
The lightweight 12.5 kg design also made transportation and installation much easier than traditional lead-acid batteries.

A Quick Installation with Minimal Downtime
Replacing the battery was straightforward. The installer disconnected the old battery bank, checked the cables and inverter settings, and installed the new sodium-ion battery using the existing wiring.
Since no changes to the solar panels or inverter were required, the entire upgrade was completed within a few hours. After a full charging test, the system was back in operation the same day.
The Results: More Stable Power, Lower Costs
Within weeks, the customer noticed a significant improvement. The system supplied more stable power during the evening, even after several cloudy days. Maintenance became virtually unnecessary, and concerns about frequent battery replacement disappeared.
The upgrade delivered several immediate benefits:
- Stable power output for pumps, lighting, and monitoring equipment.
- Over 5,000 life cycles, reducing long-term replacement costs.
- Maintenance-free operation, saving both time and labor.
- Reliable performance in both high and low temperatures.
- Improved energy independence for the entire хранение солнечной энергии в аккумуляторах system.
For the customer, upgrading to the Amosolar 12V 100Ah Sodium-Ion Battery wasn’t simply replacing an old battery—it was investing in a more dependable and cost-effective energy storage solution that will support their solar system for years to come.
